DEED RESTRICTIONS

Beautification and Grounds Awareness Program

In order to enhance the beauty of Champion Forest by keeping it attractive, well groomed and to achieve and maintain high property values, a Deed Restriction Inspector from the management company surveys monthly for homes whose “curb appeal” is not up to par and notifies the homeowners of corrective measures. All homeowners are asked to cooperate in this collective endeavor in order to keep our community attractive. Survey your property frequently to see that it meets the following criteria:

  2. Street gutters swept regularly.
  3. Boats and trailers stored out of sight.
  4. Garbage, tree/yard waste and recycling should not be placed outside until the evening before pick up day, currently Tuesday and Friday. Click here for more information
