Neighborhood Watch Committee Mission Statement 

The Champion Forest Neighborhood Watch Committee is a standing committee of the Champion Forest Fund, Inc. Homeowners’ Association (CFFHOA).

The committee’s mission is to mobilize Champion Forest residents and law enforcement professionals to reduce crime against residents’ person and property.  The committee’s strategy is to drive awareness, knowledge, involvement and community pride through education, multiple communication campaigns and establishment of a communication relationship via the "CF Connection."  The volunteer members serve at the pleasure of the CFFHOA.

The Neighborhood Watch Committee typically meets at 7:00 p.m. on the last Thursday of each month at the Cypress Forest PUD Building, 16215 Champion Forest Drive.  Everyone is welcome, but please contact a committee member to verify schedules before attending.

THE CHAMPION FOREST FUND, INC. has contracted with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office to provide security patrols for the subdivision.   Lt. Finley prepares a monthly security report based on statistics and activity data provided by the Harris County  Constable’s Office which is presented at the monthly meetings.
