Deed Restriction Amendments Campaign
proves successful for Sections 1-9, and Section 10 approved a
15% assessment increase at a special meeting held November 28,
2007 in order to remain consistent with the other sections!

The CF Fund board and fellow residents have worked hard this past year
to establish a set of
proposed changes to the current Champion Forest Deed Restrictions -
Sections 1 through 10 - in order to secure the quality of life in Champion
Forest early residents have come to know, keep pace with new developments, and address necessary
neighborhood maintenance and property value improvements.
The areas of proposed change included:
- Annual Assessment Fee
- Unkempt, vacated properties
- Time constraints for making changes to deed restrictions
While there are a number of changes that should be made to completely
update and make uniform the deed restrictions of all CF sections, the
board believed that focusing on three of the most important enabled them
to better communicate their necessity with the hope to further refine with other minor
changes in the future. Please feel free to contact any one of
the Directors with input and/or changes you would
like to see in the upcoming years, along with any questions or comments
you may have about this year's deed restriction amendment campaign in
general. Our sincerest gratitude to all those that
