Champion Forest Celebrates the 4th of July 2019!

4th  Independence Day Celebrations:

Children’s Bike Parade beginning at 9 am at Brill Elementary. After party and awards to follow.   ~ Rain date 6th July.

Organized and sponsored by individual neighbors, Women’s Club, and your HOA. Thank you!

In the evening, Raveneaux County Club will be hosting a fireworks celebration at 9:30 pm   

Fireworks and outside food vendors will be open to the public. Please be careful and courteous in your street parking and be aware of pedestrians. Stay safe this holiday.

Planning to update your home?

In order to keep harmony in our beautiful neighborhood, all exterior changes to your home require approval by the Architectural Control Committee. Examples include; but are not limited to, painting, roof/fence replacement, concrete work, window installation, mailbox replacement, and all exterior remodeling.

Please note that temporary amenities such as PODS,  Dumpsters, and Porta-Potties also require pre-approval.
