Introducing our New Management & TownSq App

By now all our Champion Forest HOA residents will have received a welcome packet from our new management company, PMG of Houston, an Associa company.

Your new Account Number is located on the first page by your name and address. Keep that number as you will need it to pay your assessment and to sign up for the great new app, TownSq: .

You can use our Champion Forest TownSq app and discover online services that provide instant access to our community’s documents, keep you informed of community happenings, announcements and meetings, provide a quick and efficient way to contact PMG, provide vital emergency information during critical times and even allow you to pay your annual assessment online.

If you aren’t into apps, be assured you can still contact PMG by phone or email and all the usual annual correspondence will still come to you by mail. As with all changes and transitions, there have been a few hiccups along the way, please do not hesitate to contact the management company or a board member if you need assistance. We are looking forward to a great new year ahead in Champion Forest!

Don’t Be Trashy!

In Champion Forest, we are fortunate to have back door garbage and recycling collection on Tuesday and Friday mornings. That means we don’t need to take our trash cans to the street as WCA collects most of our waste from up by our garage doors or back gates. The ONLY exceptions to this are garden waste on Tuesdays and Fridays and bulk trash (including grandpa’s old chair) on Fridays, which should be placed at the curb NO earlier than the evening before collection. Planning to update your home?

In order to keep harmony in our beautiful neighborhood, ALL exterior changes to your home require approval by the Architectural Control Committee. Examples include; but are not limited to, painting, roof/fence replacement, concrete work, window replacement, mailbox replacement, and all exterior remodeling.

In many communities, a charge is made to the homeowner for an ACC application. In Champion Forest, we have chosen to keep that free because we believe we all benefit from well maintained and updated properties. However, if an ACC application is not filed and approved prior to commencement of work, the HOA has and will exercise, the right to order a cease and desist and levy fines for noncompliance with the deed restrictions.

Please note that temporary amenities such as PODS,  Dumpsters, and Porta-Potties also require pre-approval.
