FirstService On Site
A FirstService representative will be on site at the PUD building the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The Community Manager is the team leader for Champion Forest Fund, Inc. and will attend to the business aspects of the Association, which includes attending the Board meetings, maintaining the Association records, negotiating contracts for the Association, and acting as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the members of the Association. Travis is also the property inspector for your Association and inspects the physical property on a monthly basis, the general maintenance needs, contractor performance on the common areas, and resident compliance with the deed restrictions and architectural standards.
The responsibilities also include sending notices of meetings, reports and documents, and the written communications with the directors, homeowners, and tenants.
